Got my Mum a blind for Christmas and even though that's not the most exciting present, she absolutely loves it.

I took a lot of time investigating a decent price blind to fit into the recess of my window. Loads of options available on line but thought I’d spend that little bit more and get a blind that’s made to measure and a good quality company. I’m so pleased I did.
You can definitely tell the quality of the materials they’ve used. Plus it fitted into the recess perfectly.
I’ve also noticed how much warmer the room is now the blind is in situ.
Very, very happy with my purchase. Will definitely use Blinds direct again.

My blind was exactly the right size, came in good time and I really feel I got my moneys worth. It's massive and cost me less than 80 quid. When it comes time to buy blinds for my other windows I'll definitely come back. Free shipping too. Would have liked to see the returns guarantee come as standard instead of being an extra payment but it was cheap enough to justify getting so not really complaining.
Environmentally and cost of living wise…
Environmentally and cost of living wise this company are zero. I purchased vertical blinds for 6 rooms, the beads and clasps on many blinds have broken, but otherwise the blinds are all as good as new. Do Blinds Direct supply replacements? Only if your order is less than 5 years old, even if you have a copy of the order their system will not be able to sell to you. What a load of rubbish!

The service is very quick, i got the product in a good space of time. The only problem I had was all the heavy packages arrived torn and open but luckily all the parts were inside, some could have easily gone missing.

Average product and not worth the price.
I ordered two separate roller blinds. I received automated updates to advise that my order was being processed, then cut to measure and finally despatched.
I would describe the blinds as being average in quality. The finish wasn't the best, with some lose threads clearly evident.
The product is on the slightly more expensive scale, with the finishing not reflecting that price.

Samples arrived quickly & I paid a little extra delivery charge to get my Roman blind within a week. Its large & will be used daily so felt a made to measure would be better mechanism quality. It’s up and very sturdy. Only minor let down is the needle used on some areas to sew it has left bigger holes and let’s random dotted lines of light through the supposedly blackout.
Replacement louvres 2 widows
I replaced 2 windows vertical louvres 52 in total in two orders ...Both orders completed on time and delivered on time as per your delivery instructions..Quality was good and installation was easy considering the original blinds were from another supplier in 2012...I have another order in the future for your company.

Very easy to install Roman blinds,scew fitting up and blinds just clip straight in. Good sturdy construction and appearance and made and delivered within 2 weeks. Very pleased. Have ordered twice, 2 blinds for bathroom and 1 for grooming salon. Going to order another for my bedroom.

Nice quality blinds
Nice quality blinds and although one of my blinds were damaged by the courier, the prompt service when reporting the issue was great. It’s difficult when ordering from a web site as never sure of the quality. However the quality from blinds direct is great and well worth the money. Fully recommend and I’ll be ordering more in the near future.
East to order with good range and colours
Found the website easy to use when ordering my made to measure metal Venetian blind.
Also found the website videos showing you how to measure and fit the blind useful.
Just ordered another blind from them yesterday as we were pleased with the first purchase.
Would recommend them if you are looking for new blinds. Good range and free samples to check colours before you order.

Nice blinds
Bought them a couple of weeks ago but had to do some new tiling .So put them up today measurements were spot on .Even better than original ones which were put in by a firm .First one was a learner but still easy second one was alot easier.Theres even a video link to check thanks

I’ve had several blinds from Blinds Direct over many years and have always been pleased with their service and quality. This time I wanted to renew the vertical blinds in my lounge and dining room. To save a little money and effort stating, from scratch, I thought I would try to replace the slats only. All I had to do was measure the existing slats. It worked perfectly another great service from Blinds Direct!
